Pakistani engineers and consultants are never behind in the global market, especially when it comes to façades. BF Tower's consultants and clients have decided to incorporate Building-integrated Photovoltaics (BIPV) façades, which serve a dual purpose: they act as transparent glass and generate electricity for on-site use or export to the grid. BIPV systems offer savings in materials and electricity costs, reduce pollution, and enhance the architectural appeal of a building. Our façade engineers have specially designed a system capable of accommodating such BIPV glass panels and their cabling, with provisions for future maintenance. The complete façade is integrated with fire barriers and fire-rated ACP cladding.
